Where is my order?

Most orders arrive in about 10–13 business days. We process your order within 1 business day, and you get an email with a tracking link once it ships.

1. Find the shipping email.

Look in your inbox, and in your spam folder, for the email address you used at checkout.

2. Open the tracking link.

It shows the carrier's latest update. A new parcel may not show an update until the carrier scans it.

3. Still no news?

Email us your order number at support@birchwoodoutfitters.com. If your order came in more than one parcel, check each tracking link. We usually reply within 24 hours, Monday to Friday.
