Choosing a winter jacket: three questions
Answer these before you choose. It saves you a return.
Will you be moving or standing still?
Walking keeps you warm, so a lighter jacket works. Waiting at the bus stop, watching a game or ice fishing? Go one step warmer.
Do you need it to keep out rain?
Water-repellent means snow and a short shower are fine, but not hours of steady rain. Check the details on each product page.

When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive in about 10–13 business days. We process your order within 1 business day, and you get a tracking link by email once it ships.
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free on every order to Canada.
How do I return something?
You have 30 days from delivery. Email us your order number and we will send the return instructions and address. Please do not send anything back before you hear from us. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or wrong, we cover the return shipping. For other returns, you pay the return shipping.
How do I find my size?
Most clothing and footwear pages have a size guide in inches and centimetres. Compare the measurements with a piece you already own that fits well. Shoes are sold in EU or UK sizes, so go by the size guide rather than your usual size. No size guide yet? Email us before you order and we'll help you choose.
