Aurora Camping Lantern, Solar and USB Rechargeable

Light for the table or tent.

A portable LED lantern with a solar panel on top, USB charging and a folding hook. Stand it on the picnic table or hang it in the tent; the translucent lower half spreads the light around it.

Good for, and not made for.

Good for: camping, evenings on the cottage deck, the shed and power outages at home.

Not made for: running on sunshine alone. The solar panel tops up the charge in good sun, so charge it by USB before a trip. The maker doesn't list brightness, run time or a water rating.

What you get.

• LED lantern with a translucent lower section
• Solar panel on top and USB charging
• Folding carry hook
• Controls and charge indicators on the front panel
• Remote control
• ABS body
• Blue with orange, or black

Charge it before you go.

Charge it by USB at home, then let the solar panel top it up in good sunlight. Hang it from the hook, or stand it on a level surface so the light spreads around it.
